29 January 2013 Dear Experts,

Please let me know whether the due date of filing form - 23B is counted from the date of AGM or from the date of intimation to the auditor.

Suppose,
Date of AGM - 29.12.2012 (First AGM)
Intimation to Auditor - 4.01.2013 (within 7 days of AGM)

In this case, what should be the due date of filing Form-23B?

29 January 2013 Form 23 B is required to be filed within 30 days from the date of intimation received from the company.

In your case due date is counted from the date of intimation. Due date will be 03/02/2013
