Filing of Form 23AC without Form 66

13 October 2009 Due to some reason, the company wants to complete the filing of Form 23AC, Form 23ACA and Form 20B and then finally, Form 66.

Is it possible to file Form 23AC without filing Form 66 ?

Whether system allows Form 23AC to upload by giving dummy SRN for Form 66.

Experts' view is appreciated.

Never use dummy SRN.

In 23AC there is no compulsion to give SRN of 66. However ROC may delay the approval of 23AC but your filing will be complete.

Some time you have to be experimental.
