04 September 2012 A company has filed Form 23 & Form 1A for Change of its name to ROC.
ROC raised some queries and asked the company to Resubmit the Form 23 but Form 1A was approved.
The company failed to resubmit the form 23 in time.
Whether the company has to file fresh form 23 since name has been changed ?
