12 April 2013 What are the new attachments which are needed to enclosed in Form 18?

12 April 2013 You can attach lease deed to the premises where registered office is situated. Lease deed should be in the name of company.

However if the same is in the name of director, NOC (to use the premises) from director is also required to be attached with form-18.

Governmental water bill, electrical bill or landline phone bill (not older than 3 months) can also be attached with form-18. All these bills should be in the name of company.

13 April 2013 Thanks Sir. But if the form 18 is of new company than how would we get Govt. water bill, Electric Bill etc.

13 April 2013 A new company can very well use the address of its directors. In that case you have to attach NOC from Director as mentioned in my previous reply.

I would also request you to go through Form-18 and you’ll your answer automatically.
