Filing of Form 11 of LLP with ROC

Do we have to file Form LLP-11 for the year 31.3.2022 if the LLP is formed in the 10.01.2022?

Yes. You're right. I appreciate that. But what i am asking is that, LLP have been formed in the month January 2022 only. Do we want to file form Form-11 for the year ending 31st March 2022 because when i try to file Form-11 in the LLP portal it is asking me to enter the Financial year starting date (i.e) 01.04.2021 but the LLP is formed only in January 2022 only as previously mentioned. Kindly resolve our query. Thanks in advance.

Even if it has been formed in the month of January, 2022; but the financial year will end on 31.03.2022. So, you can select the tab FY 2021-22. Your financial data may be for last 3 months.
