If there is no Donation received by the trust in the F.Y. 2021 - 2022. Filing of Form 10BD is mandatory or not.

Filing Form 10BD for that financial year will not be mandatory if no donation is received in the same FY. CSV file(which contains Donation Details) will not be uploaded if there is no data in at least one row of the CSV file. (As of now, there is no provision to file Nil Form 10BD)
