03 October 2013 The Agm of the Company held on 23.09.2013 and got adjourned till 30.09.2013 due to lack of quorum..Now while filing e forms waht would be the date of AGM 23rd or 30th?? Also is anything extra need to be attached since the B/s was not adopted on 23rd??

03 October 2013 Date of AGM will be 30th, when proper quorum were present.

As per Section sec 220 (2), a statement of fact and reasons to be annexed to the balance sheet. Hence, you have to attach fact and reasons together with Accounts to the eform.

Any Resolution passed at an adjourned meeting would be deemed to have been passed on the date of the adjourned meeting and not on any earlier date.
