18 March 2014 ABC PVT. LTD. is incorporated on 10.01.2014 earned income during the month of feb & march'14... whether is is required to submit IT Return before 30th september 2014?.. As if company wants to prepare accounts for the month of 15 month i.e from 10.01.2014 to 31.03.2015.. what would be the last date of appointment of auditor for the above mentioned period?

18 March 2014 For income tax you need to prepare accounts upto 31 march and file the tax return.

18 March 2014 seperate audit is required for 10.01.2014 to 31.03.2014 and 1.04.14 to 31.03.15

18 March 2014 Under income tax audit shall.be required only if turnover limit under 44ab is crossed. Otherwise no audit required for fy ending 31 march 2014

18 March 2014 agree with nikhil for income tax purpose. But for ROC point of view you can take financial year 10.01.2014 to 31.03.15.
There is no need to close account on 31st march, 2014.
You can appointment the auditors before the date of AGM.
