our company filing annual return in FY 11-12 in ROC, it is revised or not in fy 13-14

Annual filing for the FY 2013-14 shall be in accordance with provisions and formats prevailing in Companies Act, 1956. MCA vide its general Circular no.08/2014 dated 04.04.2014 has prescribed the same. So your Annual Return will be as per the old format.
