Dear Sir/Madam
When I try to file ADT - 1 for a company it shows that the designation selected is incorrect. In the form the designation that can be selected is "Director" even for a Managing Director. pls suggest a solution to resolve this problem.

Dear Madam,
Have You file the form? if Yes, It is a Temp. error given by MCA sometimes, File it again and if same problem exists then Update DSC of Director with Same DSC with the "Register DSC of Director" option

I tried to upload the form. Error relates to the Designation that can be selected in ADT - 1, not with Roll check of DSC.

Even i am also getting the same eror,
i tried so many times, but it is not happening.
Since the director is registered in Form-32 as Managing Director.
but in the ADT-1 it is only Director is mentioned.

As the last date for filing the same if agm is on 30.09.2014 is today without getting into additional fees of 10 times, is there any possibility to extend the same by MCA.

You may Try one more thing... Change the browser..if no solution then you may write a complaint to MCA in this matter you will get reply within 48hrs. of filing such complaint
