Hi,
I want to know if i can file the ITR for the PY 2011-12 now or not? The income is not taxable even without deductions. Also will i need form 16? Can I file it online?

You can file now for py-2011-12 return as belated return for ay-2012-13 and form 16 not required since the tax not deducted. based on payslip you can file. you can file online
