May I file ITR for AY 10-11, 11-12 & 12-13 in a week/month? Income source is Salary + Consulting.

Yes but time limit of AY 10-11 is already passed hence u can file only 11-12 and 12-13

But be alert. plz assure that you did not have any tax liability for the above mention F.Y, if you have any tax liability then you have to deposit it with interest.

I am ready to pay Interest, May I file for AY 10-11? Which Form & Challan is applicable? Gap required between two years ITR? Please guide me...

From income tax department view point no GAP is required. Some financial institutes judge that since you are filing the returns at one go... you are not a regular assessee.
