Filing Form 32 for appointment & cessation

kinldy clarify
A & B were the directors of a private limited company from 02.01.1997. Three directors namely X, Y & Z were appointed to the board on 18.04.2011.A & B would like to retire on 25.04.2011. Can a single Form 32 for all the five directors - appointment of X,Y& Z, cessation of A & B, be filed on the MCA portal with the A digitally signing the form on 29.04.2011?

Single form can be used for appointment of X, Y & Z and cessation of B. After that, using DSC of either X or Y or Z, you can intimate cessation of A.

in my openion u can not file a single form 32 for the appointment nd cessation if the event date is not same...
however u can file single form 32 if the appointment and cessation is done in BM on a same day.....
