sir,
i want to file my itr for the financial year 2010-11 of ltd company i want to know the last date for filing the this return in current year ? is the last date is 31/12/12 or 31/03/2013???

Actual date is July 31st 2011, but you can file upto march 31st 2013..

Belated Return u/s 139(4) can be filed up to the end of 1 yr from the end of relevant AY or completion of assessment whichever is earlier.
234ABC will be applicable if any tax liability is there..

Dont wait upto 31 march 2013, rather file the return as soon as possible. Because till the date you dont file a return, you are exposed to best judgement assessment u/s 144.
