When the CA filling IT Returns of the Private Limited Company Is it must require the manual signature of all attached documents when CA filing with Digital Signature of both CA and Directors?

In the case of corporate clients, per law ,financial statements are supposed to be
signed by two directors followed by the approval in a board meeting and then
passed on to the statutory auditor for auditing.
Then, there is no meaning of talking about physically unsigned balance sheet.
