Filiing of TDS return under same TAN

12 October 2010 If the company has several division at different places, whether the TDS return can be filed under the one TAN? Please advise me.

12 October 2010 yes. it can be filed, it is option of deductor for having one TAN for all division or having each TAN for each division

12 October 2010 TDS return has to be filled for each TAN.

18 October 2010 Mr. Yogesh actually filling of tds return dose not depend upon the places of business . if you have different tin number for different division , than of course you need to make separate tds return for each branch otherwise one tds return will do .
