I wanted file ITR 4S for AY 2009-10 & 2010-11 in this two return the is below taxable limit but in this return i wanted to Claim a refund. So tell how to file my return online; i have not file any return.

there is no way to file return for your above condition

last, go to your IT Ward with your certificates of tds and explain them your situation and wait for their answer for now and further....

25 July 2013 For claiming refund you can file the returns physically. In case the refund is below 10000 then ITo will process other wise it will be CIT
