04 November 2009 An articled clerk has get salary from his principal Rs 96,000/- per year and also earn Rs 60,000/- from doing part time accounting jobs. so his total income comes to Rs 1,56,000.My question is an articles clerk has any restrictions from the institute to file IT Return
