Hi,
A friend of mine has recently come from abroad and is starting a company here. His revenue source will be in form of Foreign Exchange.
I wanna know what are the steps to comply with the FEMA Act and Regulations from Step 1 i.e; the registration precodeure etc. I am new in to field and hence would like the experts to help me.

His revenue source will be forex than it may be setup of export unit.
If it is export unit 1st it has to take IE code .Please clear more about type of business and sources of capital etc to explain further

We will need more clarity as you are saying company whether it is a incorporated or firm or some other form. Because compliance will differ under each different category.

The company is in the process of Incorporation. This will be a Pvt Ltd Company.
He will be involved in Technical Professional services (Technical support on various softwares).
