hi friends
a private limited company is raising its invoice to a foriegn client
is any permission or any documents is required to file with RBI or FEMA regarding this receipt???

As per my understanding you are not required to obtain any permission you just need to comply that payment should be received with in the period prescribed under the FEMA (Current Account Transaction) and when you will receive the payment your banker will confirm the KYC norms.

Is it for a service or for sale of any product. Is the company registered with DGFT for exports?
