30 October 2009 In our case we lost the FIRC of foreign remittance and the transaction was done in the year 2000, 2001. Bank denying to issue duplicate FIRC as the matter is old before 8 yrs not hv record.

And v hve to comply with RBI pendng procedure that filing of FC-GPR. BAnk is not giving us any evidnc of remitance and still v cant file FC-GPR ...
Wht is the remedy/ option?
