fee of Roc and stamp duty for increasing autorise share cap

13 November 2009 can any one tell me what is the Roc fee and stamp duty to increase autorise share capital from Rs50,00,000 to 1,00,00,000.
and what is the whole procedure for this

please tell me?

13 November 2009 well stamp duty to increase the AS will be according to the state stamp act and roc fee will be Rs. 50,000 for increase of AS or even you can calculate ROC fee at mca site also.

for this;
1. pass a board resolution to convene EGM
2. Issue a notice to the shareholders
3. In EGM pass a resolution to give effect the increase AS.
4. File form 23 to register the EGM resolution.
5. change in Memorandum of Association
6. change in articles of association, if required.
7. get the 1st page of form 5 stamped of requisite value, now you can pay estamp duty while filing form 5
8. attach altered MOA & AOA (if) to Form 5 and fill it.
9. File form 5 with requiredd attachments.
