28 September 2016 state stamp duty (which may vary from state to state) and upto 10 lakhs ROC FEES WILL NOT GOING TO BE CHANGE IT IS 2000 FOR SMALL COMPANY AND IN YOUR CASE, THE COMPANY IS STILL COVERED UNDER SMALL COMPANY & HAD ALREADY AT THE TIME OF INCORPORATION PAID IT BUT YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF TURNOVER LIMIT TOO SO NOT TO COME OUTSIDE THE AMBIT OF SMALL COMPANY
