I have filed I.T return for financial year 2020-21 on 01.08.2021.Though Government has announced extension for filing of return upto 30.09.2021,late filing fee of Rs. 5000/- charged to me. Can I file a revised return now?

No need for filing revised return. It will be refunded while processing the return. Wait for refund. Today we filed the return no such late filing fees charged.
