Hi,
Can anyone clarify me , whether we need to report to RBI for the first FDI received or for the first allotment of shares.
Is there any notification stating that first allotment needs not to be reported to RBI.

need to report all allotments made to non-residents irrespective of whether it is the first allotment or the subsequent once.
