We are reimbursing Telephone expenses to Vendor which is a call centre. The telephone bills are in the name of the Vendor. Are we liable to pay FBT on this telephone expenses reimbursement.

FBT is not required on reimbursement of expenses to persons other than employees.

since fbt is applicable in relation to expenses incurred on employees
in the present case u r paying telephone charges to third party that does not come under the category of employees
