IT IS IN THE NATURE OF SALES PROMOTION AND SHOULD BE DISCLOSED ACCORDINGLY. THERE IS ACTUALLY A THIN LINE WHICH BIFURCATES SUCH EXPENSES AND HAS TO BE DISCLOSED UNDER THE HEAD WHICH GIVES SUBSTANTIAL MEANING TO SUCH EXPENDITURE
