FBT ON MEDICAL EXPENSES

Sir/Madam , if pvt ltd company paid medical bill of hospital for its employee amounted Rs1,20,000/- and this is not reimbursement,and also not recoverable from employee, IT WILL BE TRATED AS STAFFWELFARE ? and please advice whether FBT is Applicable ? please provide your vluable answer as soon as possible
