Whether FBT is payble on Internet Charges of the Company booked under the group Telephone Expenses ?

12 February 2008 if it is a leased line it is not covered under FBT.But if it an ordinary one then it is covered under 115wb(2)(j)

Internet charges means leased line.

According to section 115WB(2)(J) says that leased lines does not fall into that braket, hence proving that there will be NO FBT CHARGED ON LEASED LINES.
