FBT is paid for AY 2010-11 for 1st Quarter,as for AY 2010-11 FBT is abolished what is the procedure for refund of same

This FBT shall be adjusted with Income tax payable at the time of return filing. And if there is any balance pending, you will get the refund like in income tax.
