Father's name correction in pan card

In pancard of my mother her fathers name is wrong.
I applied for data correction but my mother havent any proof in which her fathers name is mentioned.she is illitrate.
In her aadhar and voter id husband name is mentioned .
what should i do for data correction ?

Letter issued by mp,mla,gazzetted officers on their letter pad along with their ID card photocopy.
I have tried them but they are not willing to give me their ID card thinking that i may misuse them.
Should i apply for fresh pancard then surrender my old pancard ?
