HI FRIENDS...
WE ARE GOING TO APT FOR FTE SCHEME AS PER COMPANIES ACT 1956.
(1) WE ARE NOT FILED ANNUAL
RETURNS,B/S,PROFIT & LOSS FOR 6
YEARS
CAN WE FILE ALL ANNUAL RETURN BEFORE OPTING FTE SCHEME? IS IT NECESSARY OR NOT ?

Hi Prakash,
If the Company is inoperative means you dont want to file annual filings...Just file FTE with all attachments Affidavit,Indemnity Bond,Statement of accounts showing nil assets and liabilities,resolution..Ensure that the company is not having any charges...read the circular on FTE and go ahead with FTE form..Dont waste money in filing accounts
