30 June 2012 Is fast track exit scheme still in force what are pre requisites if a company which got non operational in 2011 wants to exit through this route.??

30 June 2012 Yes it is still in force. In fact it is a regular scheme. You have to prepare financial statement, affidavits and file form FTE-1 to close the company.
