What is the leagal procedure to be done for shirfting a factory form one state to another state, also please frovied me a format of notice for worker to shit the factory

28 February 2012 When you change factory premises, fresh registration is required under Central Exicse. Existing registration need to be surrendered. Tranfer of unutilsed cenvat credit is possible under Rule 10 of CCR subject to satifaction of Asst.commissioner.
