Facing problem in filing mgt-7

While filing MGT-7 of a private limited company I'm facing the following problem:-
As on 31/03/2015 there were two directors who resigned in April 2015 and two new directors appointed in place of those retiring.
now while filing MGT-7 we are only required to fill information of directors as on 31.02.2015 i.e in my case i will fill information of old directors.
now in case of small company only 1 director is mandatory to sign through DSC.
in my case old directors cannot sign MGT-7 & MGT-7 is not allowing us to sign with new director's DSC.
what should i do in this case?

Please attach the dsc of any of director who esist as a director in the company as of today.
