SUPPOSE IF FACE VALUE OF THE COMPANY IS 10,FULLY PAID UP NOW COMPANY WANTS TO INCREASE BY 10 I.E.NEW FACE VALUE IS BACOME 20 THEN MY QUESTION IS : CAN EXISTING MEMBER LIABLE TO PAY SUCH INCREASE AMOUNT OF RS 10.

my dear.....special resolution is required for that.....the exsisting shareholders may take objection to this na?.... and if the special resolution is duly passed, then obviously they are liable to pay the additional amount.
