09 October 2014 Dear All,

A Private Limited not laid financial statements at the agm due to unaudited financial statements plus they doesnot form any file for grant of extension of agm to ROC. Now what are the consequences for the same.??

Auditor sign the balance sheet on 18-03-2014

09 October 2014 This is a very serious issue and not holding AGM within statutory time limit is a non compoundable Offence.

If possible get the audit report signed in back date and close the matter. For more help go for professional consultancy.
