Please provide the procedure of export to Nepal?

01 March 2011 Export to Nepal isnot counted as "Export". You have to make the invoice in the format "Nepal invoice" as per central excise act.If you are exporting from a company registered under excise, please fill are-1, shipping bill and Nepal invoice. If you are not a registered dealer in excise, ARE-1 is not required. Is the export in rupees or convertible foreign exchange?

01 March 2011 Thanks for your reply,Export is in INR only..........is FEMA act applicable here...as u told Export to Nepal is not counted as "Export".
