16 February 2013 Dear sir,

my name is Naidu i have doubt about our companies exports actually we are making pharmaceutical drugs in small quantitative.
we are sending Pharmaceutical drug as a Sample(no commercial value) through International Currier Service to the out of country so in Central Excise Dept. which documents should Requires for these transaction and also Please Gide me about ARE-1 for this issue.

Please look at this issue and give me a good gidens as well as you know.............?

17 February 2013 If your unit is not registered with excise, no need to these procedure of ARE-1.

actually my doubt is not only about ARE-1 ,we have C.Excise Registration also than what i have to do about these...............

18 February 2013 Excise registration is not required if only export. DTA sale is above 1.5cr then excise registration is required.

Thanks for replay,
and one more doubt i have about Service Tax.

our firm is SSI unit we r paying monthly rent to our SSI premises so if we have to payable any service tax as per new service tax amendments...?

18 February 2013 Service recipient will not liable to pay service tax on renting of immovable property. Owner of the property will pay the service tax on renting property.
