Export under bond

30 July 2013 We have cleared five nos of consignment on dt 03.12.2012 to export without payment of duty (under bond) but till date the same are not exported. Our Bond has expired on 31.03.2013 and ARE - 2 expired on 02.06.2013. Can we renew the both?

10 August 2013 Goods should be exported within six month from the removal from factory. If goods will not be exported then duty will be payable or you should extend the time limit.
