We are registered manufacturing company under excise rule we want to export to nepal consideration should in indian Rupee so what proceture we can follow to complete the export.

15 July 2015 You may read the notification no.42/2001-CE NT dated 26.06.2001 (Amended) for detailed procedure for export without payment of duty to Nepal. If you want to export on reabte of duty, rebate can be claimed as per notification No.19/2004-CE NT irrespective of the currency of payment whether in INR.

18 July 2015 Sir,

We have to prepare nepal invoice or ARE 1 for export,we have already given Letter of Undertaking to excise for non payment of Excise in this matter we have to prepared ARE 1 showing excise but we will not the excise we prepare the our export invoice in which not reflecting excise. this procedure can we follow.
