27 August 2012 We are exporting to Bhutan by road route. I would like to know the procedure applicable for export to Bhutan and applicability on Excise. Also guide me whether are we eligible for input tax credit.

28 August 2012 procedure for export to Bhutan is laid down in Notification No. 45/2001-C.E. (N.T.), dated 26-6-2001
CENVAT credit is available

28 August 2012 Thanks for your reply.
I went through the Notification it states that export to bhutan can be made under a bond B1(ie. without payment of duty)
& The notification is silent in respect of cenvat credit. am i correct

where Payment of export is in "Indian Rupees"

I wants of ensure is their any amendment in this notification regarding export to bhutan & some details on cenvat credit availability.
