10 October 2012 does transaction of export sales which involves transaction of foreign currency fall under international transaction ?

and is he required to submit form form 3CEB ?

10 October 2012 It is applicable only when u do international transaction with associate enterprises, exporting to unrelated party won't attract provisions of transafer pricing.

10 October 2012 Form 3ceb is to be submitted when you enter into an international transaction with an associated enterprise(refer sec 92).this comes under transfer pricing issue.

yours is an international transaction but you should clarify whethe its with associated enterprise or not ..
