Export procedure/documents requirement for perishable goods?

Dear sir,
We are small scale importers, importing general goods like metal scrap and pipes. We have got an order from UAE (from the same company from where we import the goods) for perishable goods like onion and potatos.
All we have is IEC code, Sales Tax registration and Excise License.
Kindly let us know what other licenses and registrations do we need to aquire for export of the said goods (perishable)?
Also want to know, is barter trade possible? Meaning, we export goods from India and in return instead of taking money from the overseas buyer, they send us goods we want of the equivalent value?
Also can we get benefit of drawback/DEPB if applicable, if we follow this barter trade.
