if an Indian co enters into a contract with another Indian co for technical services to be provided in Indonesia whether the service will attract service tax when the service in ivoice is made on Indian co in inr the answer is different if the invoice is made in usd .

No need to pay service tax because place of provision are non-taxable territory.
