Parent Company established in Dubai
Subsidiary Company established in India

Subsidary company provide design services to parent company, is it taxable in india or not?

and also any exemptions?

10 August 2023 GST not applicable on furnishing letter of undertaking in GST portal.
Income tax payable on profit earned.
Transfer pricing provisions applicable.
