we are STPI unit, we were imported some chairs from Singapore with customs exemption, now we need to export these chairs to US (our parent co.) do we need pay customs again???

No cusotms for export of chairs. In fact youy can seek a refund of the cusotms paid by you whenm you imported the same to a certain extent depending on the period which has lapsed.

Thanks Madhukar, we was not paid any customs because it comes to a bonded premises, now while exporting it we need to debond these goods, so while debonding do we need to pay customs???

Should not have to do so as per the braod understanding. Specific procedure for ensuring that there are no issues I do not know. You may write to dept stating waht you plan todo.
