I have given Proforma invoice/ quote for international company on September month that day exchange rate was ₹69.40 they have given the purchase order also, but today I have billed (15.10.18). Which exchange rate to be mentioned in invoice??

Raise invoice in US dollars being export invoice.

Invoice will raise in dollars only , but we have to mention exchange rate means inr rate in system which inr rate should be mention

Mention exchange rate on the date of invoice. Exchange rate on the date of payment will be applicable for receipt in bank account.
