Export exemption in excise duty

I HEARD THAT, THE TURNOVER FOR REGISTERING EXCISE DUTY IS 1.5 CRORE. MY QUESTION IS, WHETHER THE EXPORT TURNOVER IS EXEMPTED FROM CALCULATING THE LIMIT OR TOTAL SALE IS CONSIDERING FOR CALCULATION.
