Dear dipesh sir, why excise invoice and ARE 1 is required, and also confirm to whom excise invoice and ARE 1 will be given,

Excise invoice & ARE-1 is important document for exporting formalities.
Excise invoice & ARE-1 require for Custom clearance at place of removal. Custom officer verify all details with invoice & ARE-1 & sign accordingly and sent back to you as "Proof of Export" Shipping Bill generated with the help of ARE-1, Commercial invoice & packing list. When your CHA collect signed ARE-1 copy, Exchange Control copy & EP copy of shipping bill and sent back to you. This proof of export you have to submit to your range officer.
